Been so long since I update eh..
Well, actually there's nth much to update too..
The royal member are all split up into 2 grp.. some having their FYP while some having their study break..
train Teh susu for the 1s time last week and I can say that his super physically weak in terms of his muscle and mentally weak as well.. So much to work on him but the rest have to rely on himself to make the 1s move instead of me keep calling him for workout.
All I can say that, the body is urs and it's for ur own good.. I dun benefit anything and neither do I wan to waste time on someone that's not keen and interested..
